We try all non-surgical options before we recommend surgery and all else has failed to reduce pain.

One thing that osteoarthritis does is that it interrupts your activities of daily living and work making it very difficult to function. Left untreated it will affect the quality of life. So get your problems looked at now before it becomes a major problem, as the cost of getting this done now outweighs the cost of waiting for treatment after.
